A Victoria University students firm, YAK Biotech Solutions has developed a bracelet named YAK Alert.

The YAK Alert serves you for two purposes. Firstly, it stores your important medical information, emergency contacts, it is a USB flash drive. The second purpose is that it can be worn as a bracelet or an anklet. So it serves as an accessory plus mobile storage.

The introductory prices for these bracelets were $40 for 128 MB, $75 for 512 MB and $145 for 1 GB. Sadly, these were available till 30th November. This USB bracelet also won the Young Achievement Australia’s National Award for the Most innovative product of the year.
