It acts as A mediator between your PC HDD and Xbox 360. XSATA enables you to move data from your Xbox 360 to your PC HDD via a Xbox-friendly file manager software. You can even mail the game files to your friends if its not locked with your Live account.

Considering the utility of this device which will make a user to do more with his Xbox 360, it will be rightly priced at $53.
