So you want to charge your phone with water? Not so soon but Japanese firm, DoCoMo is working on it jointly with Aquafairy to develop a charger which uses polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC). The charger is a combination of DoCoMo’s recharger technology and Aquafairy’s thin film unit technology to act as a catalyst to produce hydrogen from water. This has made the charger compact and the charging time is also at par with the AC adapters.

HighTec research are going on too quickly. Several years before it was unusual and expensive but now many models with great futures are in every house.
