If the solar powered, Times Residence was not enough to fascinate the world, Omniyat Properties have announced that they will develop a 23-storey building inspired by iPod in Dubai. The building, called as iPad will sit on a docking station angled at six degrees and have 200 flats up for sale when it gets over sometime in 2009. It is being designed by James Law Cybertecture International.
