That is why they have announced iPod Touch and iPhone with larger storage space. Users eyeing to buy Touch will have three storage options ranging from 8GB, 16GB and 32GB and the prices being $299, $399 and $499 respectively. No wonder within a span of time 8GB iPod Touch will be passé.

On the other hand, iPhone will come in 16GB for $499 and 8GB for $399.
