Upcoming SE Phones to be launched tomorrow

June 16, 2008 By Kunal Gangar Leave a Comment

Are the SE phone leaks a marketing ploy? We can’t comment on that but the leaks have spilled the beans on the phones which will be announced tomorrow. We already know about the 8 megapixel bomb but a couple of other phones have also surfaced. First is F305 which is a motion sensing gaming phone. The playstation-esque keys at the top of the screen mimics N81 while the motion sensing is just like the Wii if not better. The phone will be pre loaded with 3 games – bowling, fishing and jockey.

If you have played on Wii, you know the drill to play bowling. It’s the same thing except people will feel you’re crazy when you play the game while commuting in the train. On the specifications front, it is a quad-band phone with 2.2-inch TFT display and having connectivity options like EDGE, USB, Bluetooth (A2DP support) and GPRS. Other features available are FM Radio and M2 micro memory slot.

Another phone to be unveiled will be S302 from the Snapshot series. As the name goes, it is directed towards photography but alas this one is not that great. It has a meager 2 megapixel camera and a new camera interface, which the site reckons is better for a mid range phone. Other things present are USB support, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, media player and a very good battery life with 7 hours of talk time.
