The iPhone Dev Team have released the 2.0.3 version of Pwnage Tool which can jailbreak iPhone/iPod Touch running firmware 2.0.2. The Pwnage Tool is only for Mac but if you’re a Windows user, a beta version of QuickPwn is also available for download. It has a better GUI and some bug fixes.
