Here is an example of how weird this world is. From outside, The Kanda-Myojin Shinto shrine in Tokyo looks like another Japanese temple. But the real picture unveils as you visit the temple. The devotees coming to the temple bring their gadgets, computers, laptops to seek blessings from the priest to protect their beloved electronic devices from uncalled perils like malicious viruses, malfunctioning etc.

The devotees can even buy a talisman resembling a microchip to wade away the dangers which may arise in the future. I must say, nice way to exploit people’s religious beliefs!
