Dubai’s 30-storey Time Residences will be the world’s first building to have a 360 degrees rotating mechanism. And the big thing to note here is that, it will use solar energy to do so. The skyscraper targeted at the elite class will have 200 plush apartments put on sale from March next year while the construction is expected to begin in June.
