SCE announces PSP 3000

We have already seen the pictures. We already knew what the handheld’s gonna carry. And now it’s a confirmation from the horse’s mouth. Presenting the PSP-3000 which is nothing but a PSP Slim on the face and packs little improvements internally. The added features are a built-in mic for Skype and other communication tools, video-out on interlace format TVs and advanced LCD. The advanced LCD offers the highest-level contrast ratio, response time and wider color gamut on its 4.3-inch screen.
The new PSPs are slated to come in October 2008 worldwide with color options of Piano Black, Pearl White and Mystic Silver.
