The rumors of SE’s Xperia X1 launch were reported to be pushed back to as late as February 2009. However, Sony Ericsson confirmed today that their first Windows Mobile powered phone will see the retail launch in Q4 and is on track.

Sony Ericsson had unveiled X1 in February this year which features a slide-out keyboard, 3-inch VGA display, Wi-Fi etc.
