Samsung cooks up Atom powered netbook for Korea

Samsung is planning to sell an Atom-powered netbook in its hometown by the end of next month. The specs reveal a 10.2 LED backlit WSVGA screen, 1.6GHz N270 Atom processor, 1GB RAM and hard drive space going up to 160GB. The unnamed netbook will also have Wi-Fi, WiBro, Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera, 3 USB ports and 3-in-1 card reader.

It is expected to cost around 600,000 KRW which comes to around 550 USD.
